The 2020 Christmas Tour of Homes has been canceled due to COVID-19.

The Museum’s annual Christmas Tour of Homes in Waynesville has historically been held during Waynesville’s Christmas in the Village on the first weekend in December. Due to concerns about COVID-19, this year’s tour has been canceled. The Museum itself is professionally decorated for the holidays each year and you are invited to visit the Museum to enjoy not only the festive atmosphere but also the many local treasures housed in and protected by the Museum.  We hope to see you!

The next annual Christmas Tour of Homes in Historic Waynesville will be held during Christmas in the Village on December 4th, 2021. The tour includes homes and businesses decorated by the owners. It begins at the Museum at the Friends Home just two blocks off Main Street at 115 Fourth Street in Waynesville. Be sure to see these properties decorated for the holidays and learn their history.
