


The rates below are for space, tables, and chairs only.
Please see the a la carte rental options for the pricing list and options.
Rates are as follows:

Monday - Thursday: $100.00/hour (2-hour minimum)

Friday - Sunday: $500.00 for 5/hours, $100.00/hour each additional hour. Nothing less than 5 hours Fri-Sun.

6.75% tax rate will be added to all rentals
Save-the-date/damage deposit:
Securing your event date requires a $150 save-the-date and deposit fee. If the event is canceled on your behalf, the $150 is nonrefundable. If the event takes place as planned, the $150 save-the-date fee transfers as your deposit fee and will be refunded after an inspection of the building once the event is complete.

Payment and balance terms:
The balance must be paid in full 7 days before the event for all events. If the balance is not paid in full 7 days prior, it is considered a cancellation, and your $150 save-the-date/deposit fee is nonrefundable.
